This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate booking our services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.
You may not:
Reservations submitted through our website or other channels are requests, not confirmed bookings. We will confirm availability and finalize your reservation through direct communication.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at booking.
For individual dining reservations: cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance incur no penalty. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
For private events and catering: cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations more than 14 days in advance receive full refunds, while later cancellations may incur partial charges.
We will accommodate reasonable requests to modify reservations when possible. Changes to guest count, date, or service type should be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.
While we strive to maintain consistent service, we reserve the right to modify operating hours, menu offerings, and service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of significant changes.
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when communicated in advance. However, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from specific allergens due to shared kitchen equipment and preparation areas.
All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
